This piece uses images from the covers of lurid pulp magazines from the 1940's and 1950's pertaining to female criminals. Such popular magazines as "Crimes by Women," "Gangster's Molls," "Female Outlaws" and "Reform School Girls!" were computer generated onto fabric. There are images of extravagantly high spiked heels used as the sashing corners.
